How to Make a Submission Request
Except for submissions to the National Anti-Counterfeiting Bureau (NACB), all requests for forensic service at NFLS must go through the Forensic Assessment Centre (FAC) for authorization prior to sending exhibits.
FAC representatives help ensure the correct services are selected and the most probative evidence is examined first.
Complete and submit a C-414 Request for Forensic Laboratory Analysis form.
